Aiden's almost a pro at sitting up now! He can sit for about a minute at a time until he topples over. But his balance improves everyday. It's so cute when he's sitting up because he focuses so hard on staying balanced. He'll be sitting up perfectly soon... long before he can roll over! He has still only rolled over a few times. But I don't mind him being stationary...I can keep track of him a lot easier :)

I love it when they start to sit up. It makes it so much easier to play with them and keep them entertained. That picture of Aiden on the top of your blog is absolutly darling! I think he is one of the smiliest (is that a word?) babies I have ever seen!
I absolutely LOVE the top picture, he is such a stud! I totally agree with you, sometimes it feels like a race to get our kids moving, I say let them sit, because it is just one big game of chase once they learn and then you have to worry about stairs and plugs and all the stuff they can reach. Sitting is a great move though, you can put him on the floor with toys and he will be so happy... and so will you!
