B's first haircut

I wrestled with the idea of cutting off his baby hairs for a few weeks now.  I really didn't want to cut his hair because it meant he was growing up.  I don't think I'm ready for him to get older cause I like this baby stage too much.  And I figured he would freak out when we tried to cut his hair anyway so it wouldn't even be worth it. But when we noticed some lone hair strands sticking up about 6 inches on top of his head, we knew it was time to level it out. So Nate pulled out the clippers and gave him his first trim.  And suprisingly, he sat in his bumbo completely happy the entire time.  He didn't even care we were messing with his hair and pulling his ears forward to trim behind them! What baby does that?!  Nate did a great job so now he is the resident hair cutter I guess.  Unfortunately, the spacey mommy that I am - I forgot to save his first little hairs for his scrapbook!  But we just decided I'll keep some hair from his second hair cut and we'll never know the difference.
