In August, we were lucky to have some out-of-state family come to town. We are so lucky to have such amazing families and we love when they come to visit.
The Anderson's came into town first for a few days. Our oldest nephew, Josh, is just starting at BYU so Gary, Jen, and the rest of the kids came up from Texas to drop him off. We got to spend some time with them a couple of days and loved catching up. Aiden and Brennan especially loved playing with David and Sarah. As always, we had a fun BBQ in Erik & Amie's backyard and the adults got to talk while the kids all played together.
A few days after the Andersons were here, Nathan, Danae, and girls came into town for about a week. We spent a lot of time with them. Aiden and Camryn haven't lived by each other for over a year now but they are still the best little buddies. We spent time checking out Becca's new place at BYU in Heritage Halls, going out to lunch, watching the new Batman movie, swimming, eating at McDonalds while the kids played, getting pedicures (Becca got her first pedicure ever! She is liking the girly stuff more and more these days), hanging out at the park, eating ice cream at Cold Stone, and of course some shopping. We loved having them in town.
