Lydia & McKay got this awesome battery-operated dune buggy for Christmas and they are nice enough to share with Aiden and Brennan whenever they can.  It provides lots of entertainment for the kids!  Brennan especially loves driving it around and he never seems to tire of it.

We've also had a few field trips lately with Aiden's preschool class.  They got to go to the fire station, the planetarium, and to a school band room to play some percussion instruments.  And yes, that is Aiden decked out below in his fireman costume :)  I wasn't going to let him out of the house looking like that but he was so excited to wear his costume to the fire station I couldn't say no.

Nate took Aiden and Brennan to a Jazz game a couple of weeks ago.  He found tickets for only $2 at the last minute so he decided to take our boys on a little father/son outing. Even though their seats were up high, the boys had a blast and especially loved spotting the Jazz bear.  

 Another fun adventure was getting locked out of our house.  Nate's parents moved a block away from us just a few weeks ago so we go visit them often.  One day after going over to their house, we came home to realize the garage was shut and we didn't have a key.  Luckily, Nate improvised and climbed on the 2nd story roof to get us back in.  So happy I married such a handy guy!

 Nate's also kept busy the last few months playing basketball on a Lehi City Rec league.  He formed a team with a bunch of friends from high school.  It's been fun to watch them all play together...even though they couldn't break their streak (of not winning).  But it was awesome to be able to catch up with the other wives each week and cheer on our husbands.  And Nate got really good exercise so it was totally worth it!
