We were lucky enough to spend lots of time with Becca before she left on her mission. She is the best aunt ever! Aiden and Brennan LOVE hanging out with her. She has more energy than I do (being 9 months pregnant and all) so she'll run around with them and keep them entertained for hours. She left for the MTC today where she'll be for a couple of weeks before she heads to Rochester NY. We're sure gonna miss Becca!!
Before she left we did LOTS of shopping with her. Sister missionary clothes are so much cuter than they used to be and we had fun shopping around.
And of course we can't go to the mall without a train ride...
Another day we headed to Adventure Learning park with the kiddos for a picnic and to feed the ducks. It was a fun outing.
Becca also spoils these boys so much. She bought them a bunch of squirt guns and they spent an afternoon running around soaking each other with water.
On Sunday she did an awesome job on her farewell talk. She said she was nervous but she didn't seem nervous at all! We had a great day at the Open House afterwards. Nathan and Danae and their girls were in town too and it was fun they could be a part of it. This morning, we headed to IHOP for breakfast before she left for the MTC. And that was it! It will be another year and a half until we see her again!
