This year sped by SO fast! I can hardly believe Aiden is already done with Kindergarten! He learned so much this past year it is truly amazing. Just tonight he read me five books so smooth and fast like it was nothing. He went into Kindergarten reading just small beginning words and now he can read SO much! His teacher kept skipping him levels for the take home library because he was excelling so fast. Mrs. Crockett continually told me how much she loved having Aiden in her class and that she wishes all of her students could be as smart and obedient and engaged as he is. He really is such a great kid!
At Shelley Elementary, they put on a huge dance festival each year where each grade does a big dance number for all the parents. The Kindergarten did a dance called "Walk Like a Dinosaur" this year and Aiden got to participate in it. The day of his performance, Nate, Brennan, Callie, my parents, and I went to watch Aiden perform. He did such a good job and he was so excited to be in this big event. He is the kid with the dark blue shirt on in the pictures below:
And just like that Kindergarten is over!
On to First Grade!!
