I got to go on a field trip with both Aiden and Brennan during the month of October. I love to tag along and get to spend some quality time one-on-one time with my kids. For Aiden's field trip, we went on a tour of Ridley's grocery store and then went to the USU Extension farm to learn about farming (where our food comes from, how different animals help us, how to eat healthy, etc). We had a great time!
The beekeeper was my favorite to learn from.
A couple days later, I got to go with Brennan's kindergarten class to Cornbelly's. It was our first time there and it was so fun! It is a lot like Hee Haws (just more commercialized). I only had three kids in my group - Brennan, McKay, and Owen - so it was easy being a chaperone. Aaron and Samantha and their other kids met up with us too so it was extra fun having them there. And it was B's first time on the bus which he thought was the coolest thing about the field trip!
