January wasn't too eventful in our house. Real life came again after the holidays and Nate worked longer hours and the kids went back to school and nothing too special happened. But here are some random pics from the month:
Aiden + Fun dip = scary mouth :)
Now that Graham is mobile he is always in destructive mode!
Diane was in town so we all met up at Erik & Amie's for dinner one night. Family time is the best!
We started going to story time at the library each month. Callie loves checking out books and so do I. I hadn't read for a little while so I went a little crazy during the month and read way too many books! I'd rather read than watch tv so I guess I'm officially old :)
Graham loves the train table at the library.
Not the best lighting but Graham got his first haircut. He's getting so big!! He's such a sweet baby and I can't get enough of him!
He has mastered the cheesy smile...and he learned to stand up to furniture.
We had a few big snowstorms. These kids LOVE to shovel snow and beg and beg to do it when it snows. And in all honesty, between my kids and Nate I have never shoveled a driveway before! I love that they are hard workers.
Callie kept doing her little co-op preschool with her friends and she loves it.
Nate took the boys on a little daddy-son outing to their first Jazz game. They went with Justin and Ty and Aaron and Coleson and McKay. They got hot dogs and treats and had a fun time.
Callie and I had matching hats so that warranted a photo I guess :)
Graham has become obsessed with balls. I never knew a one year old could be so obsessed! Naturally it was his first word and he says it ALL THE TIME. He throws them around and crawls after them. Every time he sees grandpa or Nate or one of the boys he says "bah" and waves his hand in the air like he's throwing a ball. It's pretty dang cute!
This poor boy was such a happy little guy all month despite his helmet rubbing his skin raw. His helmet kept rubbing him a little on different parts of his head so we'd go in to get it readjusted. Then a few days later he'd develop another sore spot so we'd go in and get it readjusted again We had been doing that for weeks and it got so bad we just took his helmet off him completely for a couple weeks while a new one was being made. His poor head was SO sore. Now he just wears a helmet at night and his new helmet doesn't cause any problems. It was frustrating that his other helmet was so messed up. I second guessed why we even did the helmet and was annoyed at everything but so far his new helmet has been okay and it's nice that he just wears it at night and it doesn't get in the way during the day.
We were at the orthotist often so Callie got creative in keeping herself entertained :)
I love getting to hang out with these two all day every day.
