My baby is ONE!

Somehow Graham's first year of life is over and he's now ONE! Seriously time needs to slow down! It's been a whirlwind of a year!  I think it always is when you have a new baby.  It's busy and tiring and exhausting and you have many sleepless nights but it's also the BEST!  He's been such a joy and he's the perfect addition to our family.  It really is bittersweet to have your kids grow up. 

Right now he's the busiest little guy and crawls everywhere and gets into everything.  He LOVES balls.  A couple months ago he said "ball" as his first word and he hasn't stopped saying it since.  He loves playing with any ball he can get his hands on.  Besides balls, he loves being outside, going on walks in the stroller, swinging at the park, being sung to, climbing up stairs, splashing in the bath, sucking on his binky, being carried on my hip, clapping, giving high fives, and smiling big for us to see his big toothy grin!  He really is a happy and pleasant boy and he brings so much love into our family!  The only things he really hates are having his diaper changed and getting out of the bath. :)

We have our tradition of doing a birthday interview and obviously Graham can't talk yet so my other kids helped me fill in his answers and we had fun doing it:

What is your favorite animal? Dogs (loves watching dog videos on youtube)

What is your favorite thing to eat? Fruit Loops and pancakes and waffles

Who are your best friends? His family

What are your favorite things to do? Take a bath, go on walks in the stroller, and play ball

What are you good at? Throwing balls

What is your favorite movie? (Doesn’t watch tv yet)

What is your favorite song? Pat-a-Cake

What do you and your mom like to do together? be held and sing songs

What do you and your dad like to do together? be held and play ball

What do you and your brothers like to do together? destroy their lego creations and play ball

What do you and your sister like to do together? play with her kitchen stuff

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? Anywhere with mom and dad

What is your favorite book? Any book he can rip the pages out J
