We celebrated Aiden's birthday with a movie night - complete with a concession stand with lots of candy of course! He had a bunch of friends come over, we ate pizza and then we set up the tv in our basement and they watched the new Lego Batman movie. I think it was the easiest party I've ever thrown! 9 year olds are easy to entertain. And Aiden was especially excited because pretty much all of his friends gave him a Lego set. What more could a 9-year-old boy ask for?!
I made cupcakes for his birthday and they didn't turn out so pretty so we made cake bites instead :)
