We had an amazing time this year up in Idaho with Jared & Trina & family. It was just our two families this year and it was nice because it was low key and we got to spend quality time with them. The cousins got along great and Nate & I loved visiting and hanging out with Jared & Trina. Nate & Jared went on a long bike ride each morning while the kids played at the cabin, hiked around, and built this cool fort behind their cabin. After their bike rides, we'd eat lunch and then head out to the lake for the rest of the day.
This year was especially fun because Jared taught Aiden, Brennan, and me to wake surf! I wasn't planning on trying it out but the water was nice and cool and it was just our families so I figured why not?! And after a few tries I got up and loved it! I didn't let go of the rope yet but I'll get there one day :) Brennan figured it out really quick and Aiden was up for a couple seconds but let go. But we all got a good feel for it and we'll be even better next time!
The kids loved when we took a swim break and ate the snacks. They know what's good :)

The kids tried kneeboarding and that was a big hit for them all.
Seriously it was an amazing vacation and we are so grateful for Jared & Trina & their wonderful fam!
