Brennan turns TWELVE

Brennan turned 12 on March 8 and sadly he woke up that day feeling so sick! He spent the majority of his birthday laying on the couch watching tv, with a bowl nearby. He missed school, he didn't hang out with friends, and it was a pretty lame 12th birthday! G&G came to visit and gave him some presents and we ate waffles for dinner that night but other than that it was pretty uneventful. Brennan had a good attitude about feeling crummy and he knew we'd make up for it!

A few days later, Brennan was feeling great again! He invited a few of his closest friends to dinner at Pizza Pie Cafe and then pickup basketball. It was fun to hang out with this crew for the afternoon!
