November 2024

Callie had her last cheer competition. She did amazing! She did a lot of tumbling in it and she was at the front of her team for her toe touch because she has one of the best toe touches on her team. They got first place in their last competition and it was a great end of the season!
Callie had an end of year cheer party to finish off the season.
Aiden had his cross country banquet. He had an awesome season with cross country. These kids have become his best friends and it's been a huge blessing in his life!
We helped at the Food and Care Coalition as a family. We were all on dishes duty and we had a good time. It's always eye opening to serve those in need.
For the BYU/Utah game, our neighborhood gathered outside by the Gardner's house to watch on a blow up screen. It was a fun time with the neighborhood! Nate got a last minute invite to the game at the Rice Eccles Stadium with Justin so he went up there. They had seats in a suite but he said the game was quite intense and watching a BYU game at the Utah stadium was a unique experience.
Lehi football made the semi-finals for the state so these boys went up to the game with friends. Lehi lost but they had a good time.
Nate and I snuck away for a week in the Caribbean with the Grubers. It was heavenly! I posted more about that in a separate post.
Aiden went to NXR (Nike Cross Regionals) in Arizona with some of the Varsity team. He had a blast! His roommates in his hotel were quite a riot and they ended up riding scooters around town at 2am (which I only found out about later) which was quite crazy. But I'm glad he came back in one piece!
We went to see Wicked with Callie. It was SOOO good! I loved seeing it on Broadway (three different times to be exact) and the show was just as good. We can't wait to go see part 2 next year!
Thanksgiving was wonderful! We went bowling at Jack and Jill's like we usually do. We love this tradition and spending time with family! We ate dinner at my parent's house afterward. It was a great day!
Brennan organized a father/son turkey bowl over Thanksgiving break. The boys are such awesome players so it was fun to see them verse their dads. The dads still one but I'm sure one of these years the boys will beat their dads. They need to grow just a little taller and I think they'll have it.
Nate took Callie and Graham to a BYU football the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It was really cold, but they had a lot of fun!
