SLC excursion

Nate had an appointment at his Salt Lake office and we decided to tag along.  He parked his car at his office building and I loaded the boys in the stroller and the 3 of us walked a little ways to temple square. We went there a couple of months ago and ever since then Aiden has been begging to go back.  So we did finally.  He loved it just as much the second time.
It was perfect September weather.   I LOVE this time of year.
I have never noticed how many water fountains/water falls are on temple square and at the conference center but Aiden wanted to go look at all of them - so that's exactly what we did.  That boy LOVES water.
Story:  A group of Taiwanese people from a tour bus walked by us and started waving pointing at our boys.  Brennan is always so smiley and he immediately started laughing and smiling and the Taiwanese people were eating it up.  Only one of them spoke English but they were all talking back and forth to each other and squeezing B's cheeks and thighs.  The girl that spoke English was saying things like "you, kids - 'lone?" and "you brave" and "where husband?" and "you go church here - morman?" and things like that.  I'm sure I was quite the sight to them - young mom alone with 2 little white kids. After about 10 minutes of small talk (as much talking you can do when I speak English and they only speak a tiny bit of English), one woman motioned to hold Brennan.  So I said sure cause I thought she'd just hold him for a minute or so.  Well, she ended up holding him for the longest time!  I figured the group would just keep walking by but apparently they were in no rush to go anywhere cause they were surrounding us for 20 or 30 minutes.  They were all gathering around him and pinching him and giving him kisses. B loved the attention and I'm sure glad he didn't have stranger anxiety. They were incredibly friendly and although we could hardly communicate, it was fun spending a lot of time with them :) Anyway, they asked for a picture of him so I snapped one too.
Nate picked us up soon after and we headed to Applebees cause we starved.
And B got his first taste of raspberry lemonade. But he wasn't quite sure what to think of it.
