Cruise - days 5,6 & 7

Day 5 - St. Lucia
The excursions we did on the other three islands were all day affairs so we decided to take it easy in St. Lucia and only spend part of the day out on the island and the other part hanging out on the boat. So we ventured into town for a few hours to shop, walk through an old Catholic church, and see the town of Castries.  After that, we headed back to the ship to swim, lay out, read, and hang out with the Kunzlers.
That night for dinner we ate at Johnny Rockets which was delicious.  It was a $5 cover charge for all you could eat so we took advantage and stuffed ourselves full.

Day 6 - Barbados
Almost all of the Northwestern Mutual group (all 40+ of us) headed to Crane Beach for the day.  We rented an umbrella and pool chairs for the day so we could stay out of the sun (Nate and I were already fried so we wanted as little sun as possible).  The waves at this beach were pretty big compared to the other Caribbean beaches we went to so everyone spent the day body surfing and jumping the waves.  A bunch of the guys played soccer.  And they did some cliff jumping too.
The beach was situated down a steep cliff.  It was such a unique beach.   At the other end of the shore, we walked up a bunch of stairs to get to the top of the cliff and saw this gorgeous view:
There are a few resorts up at the top of the cliff and we hope to go back to Barbados and stay in one of those sometime because it was so beautiful.
That night was another formal night we got to dress up for.
Half our table - Dani, Amy, Jen, Mike, me, Nate
Day 7 - Sailing
The last day of the cruise was spent sailing back to Puerto Rico.  We spent the day enjoying all that the ship had to offer.

After dinner most nights on the cruise, a bunch of us would head up to the 14th floor where there was a game room so we could play cards (like Scum and Golf) and hang out.  We love the people Nate works with and we had so much fun with them.  One of the nights, we played a bunch of other fun group games, like "vroom" and "I've never..."  Those game nights made the trip so fun.

As if we didn't play enough games every other night on the ship, we spent a good portion of the last day playing even more.
Jake, Ashley, and Nate
We also got to go to an incredible ice skating show that day.  And we watched the belly flop contest (hilarious), a dodge ball tournament a bunch of the Northwestern guys competed in, and filled up on more soft serve ice cream.
The next morning we got off the ship and got to spend the next day and a half in Puerto Rico...
