two weeks old

I can hardly believe Callie is two weeks old today!  These two weeks have been SO amazing getting to hold our precious girl and enjoy every second of this newborn stage!  We call her our little angel baby because she is so calm and easy-going (so far at least).  She loves to be held and curl up in a little ball in our arms.  I could hold her all day long and never get tired of it!  Nate feels the same and loves holding her as much as he can.  The boys are obsessed with her too.  They love coming into our room in the morning and checking on baby Callie.  And they love giving her kisses on her head and putting their finger in her tiny hand so she can hold on to it.  The transition to three kids has been good so far because Callie is so easy-going.  I'm already sad at the thought of her growing up too fast!

I love when babies smile in their sleep!  It is so sweetest thing ever!

Aiden and Brennan LOVE their little sister.  Brennan leaves out the L's when he says her name so he calls her baby "Cow-ee". It is so cute.  And they are always asking to hold her.  I thought after the first couple of days they might forget about her but I was definitely wrong!  They still love checking on her every move.  She sleeps most of the time but when she wakes up they stop whatever they are doing and run over to her to tell her "hi" and give her kisses on the head. They are such big helpers too.  They are more than willing to throw diapers away or grab her binky or carry her carseat down the stairs.  I love seeing how much they love her!

Her first bath at home wasn't her favorite.  At first she was really mellow like usual but then when she started getting cold she let us know she wasn't too happy with the bath.

She got over that fast as soon as we wrapped her in her towel.
