I can hardly believe this boy is four! He was my baby for so long that I forget he really isn't such a baby anymore. Brennan is so full of life and energy. We always say he has a huge personality shoved into his little body. It is such a joy to have this spunky, silly little guy in our family. Here are a few facts about Brennan on his fourth birthday:
- He loves to be goofy. That might mean talking jibberish, pulling funny faces, or doing random things. He is constantly making people laugh. He has so many friends because he is such a fun kid to be around.
- He loves learning. He loves doing pages in his little workbook and going to preschool. He knows all his letters and the majority of his letter sounds.
- He is super coordinated. He has been riding a 2-wheeler for almost a year now and he is pro at that. He is always jumping and running and being active.
- He loves playing with his neighborhood friends. Most of his friends are older than him but he keeps up right with them. A lot of the neighborhood kids' favorite game is playing "Bad Guy" and Brennan is always the bad guy even though he is the youngest and the smallest.
- Brennan is getting better about not coming into our bed at night. He comes in a couple times during the week but at least it's not every night anymore.

- We have been told by numerous people that Brennan (and Aiden) are the best behaved kids in Primary. For a kid that has a ton of energy and can be quite a handful at home, we are happy he is well-behaved at church :)
- His speech is improving but he still needs help with some letters (R, L, most blends are the main ones). We try working with him when we can. I think it's cute when he says certain things like "you ah taking a weawy weawy wong time" (really, really long time) but it won't be so cute if he still talks like that at age 15 so hopefully his speech continues to improve.

- Aiden and him are the BEST buddies. Most of the time they play great together. They love to wrestle, play legos, play outside, and practically do everything together. I am so happy we had those two boys so close in age.
- He is obsessed with Callie. He loves giving her hugs and kisses and making her laugh. He is such a great helper and is always looking out for his baby sister.
