Christmas Day

Christmas with little kids is magical!  The boys were so excited to come downstairs and see their new remote control cars and a tree skirt filled with presents.  And Callie INSTANTLY loved her cozy coupe!  Now she has her own so she won't try to steal the neighbor's!
The best part of Christmas this year?!  It was a White Christmas! After presents and breakfast, the boys put on their snow gear and headed outside.  It hadn't snowed yet all season so the boys were so thrilled to wake up Christmas morning to a blanket of snow.
After spending the morning at our house, we joined the rest of my family for more presents and Christmas fun.
This is the quilt my mom, Melanie, Danae, and I all helped make for Becca for Christmas.  Melanie and my mom came up with the idea to make Becca a special Joseph Smith quilt to help her remember her mission in Rochester. All of the squares on the quilt are symbolic of different parts of Joseph Smith's life.  All of us girls helped make different quilt squares and I embroidered a little piece on the back too. It was a fun project to work on the past few months.
It was a happy Christmas!!
