I feel like all I've been posting about lately is birthdays - but June is our crazy birthday month and then we have 6 months til another birthday in the family. So here goes the last June birthday post!
We always like to do a unique birthday date or activity on Nate's big day to make it something special. Last year we rented the razor and had a blast up the canyon. And this year we planned a triple date to Top Golf and then to see the new Captain America movie. Top Golf was SO much fun! First off, it's a genius idea - driving range plus yummy food...great idea! We had so much fun hitting balls and trying to hit different targets. Nate and I aren't golfers but that didn't matter because all levels can have a good time there. And spending it with the Brewers and A&S Tadjes made it even better! Seriously it was a blast and we can't wait to go back!
And I'm not gonna get too sappy on here but I have to write about what an incredible husband and dad Nate is. I feel like I post a lot about the kids on here and not enough about Nate. And since this is the only family journal I keep, I need to post about the most important man in the house!
Nate is always thinking about others and making sure everyone is taken care of. He makes life so fun in our house by singing silly bedtime songs and rough-housing with the kids and always planning fun family activities. He loves holding Graham and getting him to smile and spending quality time with the older kids riding bikes and playing games and throwing the football in the backyard. He works hard in both his job and church and around the house but always leaves room for fun. We are so lucky he's ours! Happy birthday babe!!
