Bear Lake Blackham Reunion

A couple years ago my Grandma Blackham took her entire family up to Bear Lake and it was so fun she decided to do it again this summer!  She rented a couple houses up on a hill near the lake this year and everyone (all 55 of us!) came.  We spent Friday and Saturday at the lake and had an incredible time!  We kayaked, paddle-boarded, boated and tubed (thanks to my Uncle Brent), played in the sand, swam, and had a wonderful time with family.  My parents have 12 grandkids now and since they're all so close in age, they all have a ball playing with each other and, for the most part, they all get along great!
The boys LOVED paddle-boarding and they enjoyed standing up on them and jumping in the water.  Our kids loved the kayak too and they played for hours on that too.  And now they want a kayak for Christmas which would be a perfect gift from Santa :)
Graham loved being held by my aunts and cousins.  Luanne held him a lot and he loved all the attention. I love that boy and all his chub!
The view from our cabin was gorgeous!  After the beach on Friday and Saturday, we hung out at the cabin for a bit playing games and visiting and then we met up at the other cabin each night for a big dinner.  And on Friday we did a little program and watched a video Emily put together about memories people have of my grandpa and grandma.
Julie made all these cute matching Blackham shirts for everyone...with a number on the back corresponding to the number we came into the family.  I was 17, Nate was 37, Aiden was 39, Brennan was 41, Callie was 47, and Graham was 54.  We all guessed the order during the program and it was fun to figure it out.  We took pictures after and Brennan didn't want to smile "normal" as the picture shows below...  He is a little clown!
Sadly, Friday night Callie threw up in the middle of the night.  She got so sick and couldn't keep anything down.  She cuddled and slept next to us for most of Saturday.  I hate seeing my kids sick and in pain.  Luckily by Saturday afternoon she was feeling a lot better and started acting like herself again.
Graham didn't sleep good on Friday night and Callie was up most of Saturday night so by Saturday, Nate and I were pretty wiped out.  Becca snapped this picture of us all crashed on the couch on Saturday afternoon.  Even Graham slept a couple hours and he never sleeps long. It was much needed sleep for us all!
Despite Callie's sickness we had a blast and loved being with the Curtis and Blackham families. We're so grateful my grandma made it possible for the fun reunion!
