General Conference weekends are the best! There's nothing quite like spending the entire weekend as a family, listening to our church leaders as they give uplifting messages. My kids love it too. When Brennan figured out that General Conference was coming up, his eyes lit up and he asked if I had already made him a conference packet :) The kids loved working on their little packets as we listened. And it kept their attention pretty good.
We especially loved spotting Grandma. She had a great spot this Conference.
After sessions on Saturday, we did our annual dinner with my family at Pizza Pie Cafe. We love this tradition!
On Sunday, we headed up Provo Canyon for our annual brunch with the Blackhams. The weather was perfect and it was beautiful up there. The boys had fun playing football and we had fun walking a little on the trail, visiting with family, and eating omlettes. I love this tradition.
