Lunch date with daddy. We love when we can go down to Farmington and eat lunch with Nate!
One of the girls in my Laurel class was in the Little Mermaid at Northridge High School and we went as a family to see it. It was so well done! All of the kids enjoyed it.
While Nate and the boys were skiing one day (the day he tore his MCL) the little kids and I went to a Dr. Suess birthday party at the library. They looked so cute with their little Cat in the Hat noses and whiskers.
Nate showing off his swollen knee...
As I previously posted about, we celebrated Brennan and Graham this month! A Jazz game for B and the zoo for G.
We had our high school friends over one night for dinner. It was fun to reminisce and spend time with those guys and their cute families!
Callie has been loving tumbling class and she's improved so much in just 6 months. She practices a lot and I'm sure she'll keep getting better and better.
We had a Monday off of school for a teacher development day so we met my mom at Thanksgiving Point for the new Butterfly Biosphere and it was truly amazing! Lots of bugs for the kids to see and fun exhibits and of course the greenhouse of butterflies.
Inside the actual biosphere was humid and hot! Just the way the butterflies like it but we were all cooking!
The kids especially loved the play area with slides and climbing toys...and Callie loved the dress-ups.
We each got to hold a stick big there too.
After the Butterfly Biosphere we went to lunch and then on to Farm Country (for our animal-loving boy).
Aiden and Brennan are almost too big to ride ponies these days! I'm glad they still got to do it this time.
We have a lot of yard work ahead so I've been reading and trying to learn all I need to do to take care of our yard. I'm so excited to have a yard to learn on! It's going to be a lot of work but slowly and surely it will get to where I want it.
Random picture of Graham in the bath but he loves baths and especially when he can have lots of bubbles and stay in there for a long time.
Nate was nominated for good sportsmanship as a Junior Jazz coach. We were invited to a fun night of watching the Dunk team perform and meeting Niang and O'Neale from the Jazz team. Our boys LOVE the Jazz so it was a special night for us. After we took a picture with Niang and O'Neale, Nate turned to Niang to let him know I think he's the hottest Jazz player. He just laughed it off but I turned SO red! Nate needs to warn me when he's gonna do that next time!
We were heading to St. George for Spring break and Graham loved trying on his new swimsuit and floaties for it. He didn't want to take it off for hours :)
One big highlight of March was Aiden getting to compete in the state GeoBee! He got first place at his school and then took a test and scored in the top 100 in Utah (4th-8th graders took the test). So he got to go to Thanksgiving Point to compete and he did awesome! The questions were SO challenging! In his group of competitors (20 kids), no one got all of the questions right because some were SO hard! Aiden ended up getting half of the questions correct. He had spent lots of time the previous month studying maps and facts about the world. He worked so hard and we were so proud of him!
