First day of school finally came and the kids were so excited to go back and see their friends and meet their new teacher and I was excited for some structure again :) We had an amazing summer but I was feeling the itch to get on a schedule again...and the kids were ready for it too. Callie was SO excited for her new school clothes and backpack and did a little fashion show for me. I love having a girly girl who planned out her first day of school outfit weeks in advance :)
Of course we did a little before school photo shoot to document a new school year. Graham wanted to be part of it too.
Aiden - 6th grade - Mrs. Nielson

Callie - 1st grade - Mrs. Hansen
Graham needed an individual turn too!
The following week Graham had his first day at the Attic Schoolhouse with Ms. Courtney! He was a little nervous his first day and unsure about leaving mom but he held in the tears as best as he could and by the end of it he was loving it. It has been weird to have 2 1/2 hours to myself twice a week but the time goes by fast. He loves to go to school like the big kids and feels so grown up! He's not such a baby anymore!
