Our Callie girl turned SEVEN so we made sure to celebrate big..especially since it was her GOLDEN birthday! Seven on June 7th. Callie is so sweet and loving and truly has a heart of GOLD. She makes friends with anyone she meets and is always telling us she loves us and giving us hugs and kisses. She really brightens up our little family!
Her birthday fell on a Sunday so we celebrated her a couple days early by taking her on a special date night to get her ears pierced! Before the date, she got a hair cut and it turned out so cute. And then we met up with Steve, Rayane, and Savannah at the mall to get both girls' ears pierced. Callie was so brave and was so excited for this rite of passage. After her ears were pierced, we ate at Chick-fil-A, bought some cake bites from the sweet tooth fairy, and then took her to Target to shop for a new American Girl doll. We loved getting to spend quality time with just us and Callie and we had the best night!

She was all smiles and no tears when we got her ears pierced. After it was done she just said "that hurt!" but then just smiled big and forgot about the pain.

On Callie's actual birthday, we had a GOLDEN birthday party for her with family and the Brewers. We ate ice cream sundaes and just hung out playing and visiting.
