March involved lots of basketball!
Nate worked hard coaching the Bantam team all season. Love this father/son duo!
When we played at the south end of the valley one Saturday, Aaron & Samantha & kids came to cheer Brennan on.
The March birthdays between our kids:
We continued doing date night with the kids when they earned 100 "rocks" for doing good deeds. It's a fun tradition for the kids and for me and Nate.
I continued perfecting my sourdough...
Our basement kept moving along! It was so exciting to see it all come together! I especially loved the fireplace and shelves along this wall:
I had a lot of fun figuring out how to style and decorate the shelves.
Ski outing for Nate and the boys
We had our annual Blackham family St Patty's day party. My cousin Jill did festive face painting and the younger kids loved it! Aiden and Brennan say they're too old now but Callie and Graham both had it done ;)
Aiden started his track season and ran the 1600m and 800m race. He continued to get better each race and it was fun to see him progress over the season.
We told Aiden if he did the 800m in 3 minutes we'd buy him a shake and he pushed it and got that PR! A little ice cream is a great motivator for him :)
After the long winter it started to warm up and Callie and Graham did their first snow cone stand of the year. It was a hit. Nothing's better than the sun shining bright after a long winter!
Brennan saved up and bought a Traxxas R/C car and drove it every chance he could get! It became his new favorite hobby.
Callie had her tumbling showcase and did amazing! She's a natural dancer and tumbler and she's progressed so much since she's been at Move! She's in elite right now and only needs to pass off a couple more things until she's in Platinum.
Last picture of the month...catching these two doing dishes together. These boys are hard workers and it's the best to see kids doing chores happily and working together. Chores don't always equal happiness around here ;)
