May was a jam-packed month! I started the month off at Women's Conference with Becca. We loved spending a day learning from some incredible people and eating at BYU.
Brennan was busy starting up his car detailing business again. He works SO hard to make his company the best! He researches ways to detail cars and what supplies he needs. I love seeing him put his mind to something and working super hard!
We did a dinner with my grandma to celebrate her. She's losing her mind quickly and doesn't remember who we are but she is still so sweet and so pleasant. I'm so grateful to have one grandparent still alive.
Callie performed in the HOPE OF AMERICA production at the Marriot Center. It was amazing! My older boys were never apart of it so this was my first time seeing it. It's a really cool program.
Crazy hair day for Graham...
Aiden was asked to MORP and the theme was country vs country club. He dressed up country as you can see. It was a fun theme and the kids were clever with it. He had a lot of fun at the dance! Thanks to Uncle Aaron, Aiden was hooked up with some great country gear.
Nate and I did a fun group date to a salt cave and sound bath. It was a unique experience. Nate fell asleep and started snoring which was funny. But we had a good time. I'm so grateful for these amazing friends!
I was spoiled for Mother's Day like always! We got new patio furniture and the kids and Nate made me feel loved. I'm so grateful to be their mom! These kids bring me so much joy!! Being a mom is so hard and yet so fulfulling!
Mother's day also means it's planting season! I love filling my pots with fresh flowers and getting our yard ready for warmer weather!
Warmer weather also meant Nate was out golfing more :) He loves it! He brings me and one of the kids sometimes and he golfs with friends a lot.
And warmer weather means time to play outside! I love when the neighborhood comes alive again!
Gridiron was also a highlight in the spring! Brennan's team and Graham's team did amazing! Brennan's team won the Superbowl again (for the nth time in a row) and Graham's team lost the championship game which was so sad! But they had an amazing season. Watching my kids play sports brings me so much joy!
End of May means end of the school year! The kids had fun at field day and the dance festival.
We visited Nate's dad's grave on Memorial Day. It's crazy he's been gone for so long. We miss him!
Callie got to have a sleepover with her cousins. I love the relationship my kids have with their cousins!
It was Ella's birthday for the sleepover so it was extra special.
Brennan's good friend Crew lost his brother at the end of May. It was heartbreaking and a tragic accident. Brennan's buddies decided to make Crew a basket filled with his favorite snacks. It was a sweet gesture and they are such thoughtful kids!
We went up to see the Layton Temple open house. It's another beautiful temple! If we lived in South Weber still, I think this would have been our assigned temple.
While up north, we also stopped by Toad's Fun Center and had a good time.
We got passes to Splash Summit this summer and had fun going in May right after it opened.
Graham and his buddies did the Lehi basketball camp. It's always a good time! They even made it on their instagram page.
I went hiking with some friends and it felt so good to be in the mountains again! I love the mountain air and scenery! And enjoying it with good friends!
