Brennan is 3!

It's hard to believe that our baby is THREE!  He is so full of life and he's such a fun kid to be around.    

I did an update on Brennan a couple of months ago (found here) but I wanted to write a little more about him on his 3rd birthday:

-He is still obsessed with BYU.  It can be quite a struggle to get him to wear something other than his BYU shirt and shorts.   Nate and I are usually too exhausted to fight him on it so we let him wear it way too often. Good thing we like BYU.

-Brennan LOVES sports.   He is super coordinated and fast for such a little guy and I'm sure we will be watching MANY of his sports games in the future.  We just signed him up for his very first soccer team ever.  It's a team for 3 and 4-year-olds and because Aiden is still 4 until June the boys can play on the same team!  And the coolest part is Nate is going to be their coach.  I am so excited for their games to start!

- He is talking more and more all the time.  His favorite word right now is "why".  He can count pretty high too and he is recognizing a lot of letters.  He calls the letter Y "BYU" and the letter U "Utes." 

- He loves to cuddle and be held.  He comes into our bed a lot of nights and take up most of the space on our king-sized bed.  We need to cut the habit soon but part of me doesn't mind because I know he'll grow out of this stage and not be so cuddly anymore. 

- He is a little clown.  He is always pulling silly faces and making up words to be funny.  He loves having an audience to be silly in front of.  He is constantly making us laugh and we think he is the cutest thing ever!
