Halloween 2017

We had such a great Halloween this year!  The three older kids really wanted to be BYU stars (just like they've been in the past) so we decided Graham could be a little Cosmo and mom and dad could be referees (cause it's fitting for parents to be the refs obviously!) It was fun to be coordinating.  We had a blast at the ward chili cook-off and party.  It never disappoints!
Pretty sure Graham makes the cutest Cosmo there ever was!
 Love my pretty cheerleader
And my handsome football player and basketball player too:
Brennan and Briggs and McKay were all coordinating :)
And Callie and Finn were too
The Monday before Halloween we had fun carving pumpkins. Aiden and Brennan pretty much did theirs completely by themselves.  They are getting so grown up! And of course they didn't do a traditional jack-o-lantern face - they did a big Y and then Aiden also put on a Harry Potter scar on his.  We definitely bleed blue in this family! Callie did a cute princess face on hers.
We also made some scary apple teeth snacks and Oreo spiders. Because we always need more sugar right?
Halloween fell on a Tuesday this year.  The kids had their school Halloween parade in the morning and then their class parties later in the day.  That evening we went trick-or-treating for a while around our neighborhood and then headed to my parents for some mummy dogs and other Halloween treats.  And to trick or treat a little more with grandpa and grandma.  The kids got SO much candy and loved counting it and trading with each other.  Halloween with kids is the best!
